Carson Scholars Fund, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1994 by world renowned pediatric neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson and his wife, Candy. CSF seeks to combat the American education crisis by discovering promise and rewarding excellence in our nation’s youth through our Scholarship and Reading Room programs. Dareeus is an eager and motivated student. He is constantly seeking new challenges and enjoys learning for the sake of learning. Dareeus is the recycling captain at his school, volunteers with the roller derby, and is a member of the All City Choir. He hopes to become a police officer in the future so that he can help out his community.
